On Wednesday, February 4, 2026, Governor Ned Lamont released his proposed budget adjustments for fiscal year 2027 to the Connecticut General Assembly.
In addition to the full budget adjustment document, the governor's recommendations are outlined in a presentation and detailed program addendum. The governor's budget office also produced a three-year budget report for fiscal years 2028, 2029, and 2030 that examines the impacts on the outyears if the governor's budget proposal were adopted by the Connecticut General Assembly.
