Governor Lamont's Recommended Budget for FYs 2024 and 2025 (Office of Policy and Management)

On Wednesday, February 8, 2023, Governor Ned Lamont released his budget proposal for fiscal years 2024 and 2025 to the Connecticut General Assembly.
In addition to the full budget adjustment document, the governor's recommendations are outlined in a presentation and detail program addendum. The governor's budget office also produced a three-year budget report for fiscal years 2026, 2027, and 2028 that examines the impacts on the outyears if the governor's budget proposal were adopted by the Connecticut General Assembly.
