In 2017 the State Employees Bargaining Agent Coalition (SEBAC) and the State of Connecticut reached agreements aimed at addressing the State’s long-term pension obligations to state employees.
Under the agreements, changes were made to employee pension, health care benefits, and compensation. The Office of the State Comptroller is responsible for issuing an annual report detailing the savings achieved through these agreements.
