Alliance District Funding Changes in the 2016 Legislative Session

The recently signed budget (Conn. Acts 16-02 (May Special Session)) and budget implementer (Conn. Acts 16-03 (May Special Session)) made changes to Alliance District and Priority School District funding distributions, as well as the Minimum Budget Requirement (MBR) for Alliance Districts.
